Neurodiverse Individual Coaching (Worldwide)
We offer individual neurodiversity-affirming coaching sessions for autistic and ADHD adults. Coaching helps people achieve their personal goals. At The Autistic Mentor, we won’t tell you what you should do or want - we are here to help you with your goals. You might need help defining your goals or navigating a path to reach your goals in a neurotypical world, and we’re here for that too!
Body Doubling Sessions
We offer virtual body doubling sessions! Body doubling is a productivity hack that helps with ADHD task initiation/completion and autistic inertia. We gather via Zoom at specific times, and everyone works on whatever they have been putting off - cleaning, crafting, reading, studying, working - you name it! These 1-hour sessions provide low-demand accountability, encourage initiating and sustaining productive activities, enhance motivation, and help us achieve our individual goals.
Individual, Couple, and Family Coaching
We offer individual, couple, or family neurodiversity-affirming coaching sessions for ADHD and autistic adults and anyone who cares about them. This includes partners, parents, caregivers, grandparents, siblings, friends, educators, and employers.
K-12 Education Planning
We offer individual coaching and consulting on K-12 education plan development, including 504s, individualized education programs (IEPs), and advanced learning plans (ALPs). This might be one or many sessions, depending on the level of support you need.
